How Well Does The Bride Really Know The Groom Bridal Shower Game
— • HOW TO PLAY • —
Before the bridal shower, ask the groom to answer all 12 questions on the game card. Record his responses and keep them hidden from the bride and guests to use as the host’s answer key.
At the shower, give each guest a card and a pen or pencil. Invite guests to read through the questions and predict how many the bride will answer correctly. Have everyone write a number from 0 to 12 in the “My Guess” circle before the questioning begins.
Read each question aloud and let the bride give her answer before revealing the groom’s response. Award the bride one point for each answer that matches his, allowing equivalent wording where appropriate. Keep a running total as you work through the questions.
After all 12 questions, announce the bride’s final score. The guest whose prediction is closest to that total wins! Award a small prize if desired, and consider having extra prizes ready in case several guests make the same winning prediction.
If you are printing on dark kraft cardstock, white colored pencils or white gel pens can help guests’ writing stand out clearly against the paper.
