Bridal Shower Honey Do List Game
— • HOW TO PLAY • —
Before the game begins, ask the bride-to-be to complete a card privately, choosing whether she thinks the bride or groom should be responsible for each household chore. Keep her answers hidden to use as the answer key.
Give each guest a Honey Do List card and a pen or pencil, and ask them to write their name at the bottom. Guests then guess how the bride answered each question by placing a check mark in either the “Bride” or “Groom” column beside each chore.
Allow approximately 5–10 minutes for everyone to complete their guesses. Once the cards are finished, read each chore aloud and invite the bride to reveal her choice. Award one point for every answer that matches hers, for a possible total of 12 points. The guest with the most points wins! Award a small prize if desired.
This lighthearted game gives guests a chance to see how well they know the bride and hear her thoughts about everyday married life.
If you are printing on dark kraft cardstock, white colored pencils or white gel pens can help guests’ check marks stand out clearly against the paper.
