— • HOW TO PLAY • —
Give each guest a Bridal Shower Scattergories card and a pen or pencil. Set a time limit of 5–10 minutes, and have everyone begin together.
Guests fill in the blanks with answers that match each category and begin with the letter shown at the top of the column: L, O, V, or E. For example, “Vanilla” could be an answer for “Cake Flavor” in the V column. For “The Groom Is…” and “The Bride Is…,” guests should choose words that describe each person. Encourage creative answers—the goal is to think of something nobody else will write!
When time is up, compare answers one category and letter at a time. Award one point for each valid answer that no other guest wrote in that same space. If two or more guests have matching answers, everyone with that answer receives zero points for that space. Blank spaces also receive zero points.
Add up the scores across all four columns. The guest with the most points wins! Award a small prize if desired, and let tied players share the win.

To achieve the rustic look featured in our display images, we recommend printing your games on kraft cardstock or kraft paper. Kraft paper can be found at most craft and office supply stores, and many major retailers and grocery stores now carry it in their craft or stationery section.
